Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. Ensure that the product meets your requirements before finalizing your order.

🔄 Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) & Exchanges

If a product is defective out of the box (Dead on Arrival), it can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
• Physical damage, burns, or signs of misuse will void the DOA exchange.
• We will inspect the item, and if a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we will replace it.

🛡️ Warranty Claims

Most products sold at Technodel come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year, unless stated otherwise).

• Warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
• To claim warranty, you must provide your original order number or invoice.
