How long does shipping take within Lebanon?
We deliver to all Lebanese regions. Same-day delivery to Beirut, Sour, Tripoli and surroundings. Every other region: 1–2 days, never more.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is a flat $4 anywhere in Lebanon — Beirut, South, North, Bekaa and Mount Lebanon alike — and free on orders of $500 or more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Wish Money transfer, and Crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH). No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Do you offer warranty on products?
Yes! All products come with reliable support. Laptops and PCs include 1–2 year warranty. Accessories include minimum 6 months. Extended warranty plans are available at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return any eligible product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free at our Badaro (Beirut) and Abbassiyeh (Tyre) branches. Defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Digital codes once revealed, opened consumables and opened in-ear headphones can only be returned if defective. Do you price match competitors?
Yes. If you find a lower price on an identical product at another Lebanese retailer, send us the link before you order and we will match it. Conditions and how to claim: technodel.net/price-match
Are the products genuine?
Technodel is a multi-brand retailer that sources from established suppliers in Lebanon. Each product page states the product's condition (new, used or refurbished) and its warranty, and compatible parts are labelled as compatible, never as the device maker's own.
Do you ship to all Lebanese regions?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and villages across Lebanon including Beirut, Tripoli, Sidon, Tyre, Zahle, Jounieh, Byblos, Baalbek, Nabatieh, and all other regions.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Do you offer installation services?
We offer professional installation for PCs, laptops, and networking equipment. Installation services can be added during checkout for an additional fee.
